Privacy policy
Luna Quotes Offline lets authorized Luna team members edit quotes and generate PDFs without an internet connection. It saves a working copy in your browser and synchronizes changes with your Luna account when connected. It has no advertising or advertising analytics.
What stays on this computer
After you connect, the extension downloads the quotes your account can access and a price catalogue. Local records can include client names, email addresses, phone numbers, project addresses, quote items, prices, discounts, payment terms and internal notes. Your edits and pending synchronization requests are saved in this Chrome profile until you remove its local copy.
These records use browser storage, not Google Docs or Google Drive. The extension does not synchronize quote contents through Chrome Sync. Use your own protected computer and browser profile: offline records remain available without signing in again while offline.
Connection and synchronization
The Luna Account authorization page uses your existing website sign-in to check access, download quotes and the catalogue, and send quote changes. The extension does not copy your password, website cookies or login tokens into its storage. A separate account identifier keeps local workspaces apart.
Synchronization runs when the extension is opened online, when the connection returns, or when you choose Synchronize. New quotes, edits and requested deletions are then sent to Luna. If a quote also changed online, both versions are kept until you choose how to resolve the conflict. A change of account or loss of access locks the previous workspace without deleting its unsent work.
Permissions and PDFs
The extension requests storage capacity for offline quote data and access to Luna Account. Its packaged scripts run only on Luna Glamping pages: a connection script pairs the existing signed-in session, a status script marks cached Quotes offline, and a local shell opens cached Quotes after a failed Luna navigation. The extension receives only the Luna URL needed for that recovery. It does not read unrelated browsing history, capture screenshots or inspect other websites.
Chrome permissions allow the extension to keep this local workspace available after a browser restart and reinject its packaged status script into an already-open Luna Account tab. The editor, PDF renderer, fonts and all executable code are included in the extension. Luna responses contain quote and catalogue data, not executable code.
The editor, PDF renderer and fonts are included in the extension. PDF generation happens on your computer. Downloaded PDFs are files you control; removing the local workspace does not remove PDF files you already downloaded or shared.
Stored online and shared with the team
Synchronized quote records are stored in Luna's Supabase database and processed by the Luna application hosted on Vercel. They follow the same account and team-access rules as online quotes. The extension handles data only to provide its offline quote and PDF features. It does not send data to advertising services, sell it, use it for unrelated purposes or use it for credit decisions.
Removing data
Disconnect hides the current workspace and stops its synchronization; it preserves unsent work for reconnection with the same account. Remove local copy deletes that account's quotes and draft fields from this browser after confirmation. Quotes already synchronized with Luna remain online. Delete quote is a different action: its deletion is sent to Luna at the next successful synchronization.
Clearing browser storage or removing the extension can erase unsent changes. Synchronize or export needed PDFs first. Contact Luna for help with stored account or quote data.
